All recommendations for oral and poster talks (in Russian)

PLENARY AND ORAL SESSION

The time slots for each type of session are:

• Plenary Session presentation: 40 min (max 35 min. for presentation and 5 min. for discussion)
• Oral presentation: 20 min (max 15 min. for presentation and 5 min. for discussion)

We kindly ask you for your cooperation in keeping the schedule.

We highly recommend using MS PowerPoint to create your presentation (file format .ppt or .pptx).

All presenters are kindly asked to upload their files possibly the day before the scheduled time for the talk. Those who have their talk on Monday morning are kindly asked to send their presentation to the organizing committee in advance. During the conference a qualified technician will help you in uploading your presentation to our system.

Those who participate online are kindly asked to record beforehand and send the video of presentation in case of sudden disconnection.

Presentations and posters must be in English. Talks might be presented in Russian.

POSTER PRESENTATION

The poster presenters are kindly asked to follow the format A1 (59 cm (width) x 84 cm (height)).

The posters must be displayed on the scheduled day preferably not later than 14:00 and taken down before 13:00 the last conference day. All posters left after this date will be disposed.

For the online poster session, the posters must be sent to the organizing committee in a PDF format no later than August 28, 2022.

Those who participate with online posters are kindly asked to record and send a short video presenting the research/poster. The videos must not be longer than 3 min and must be sent to the organizing committee no later than August 28, 2022.
